【摘要】:Thistestmethodmaybeusedforproductdevelopmentanddesign,productionvalidation,manufacturingprocesscontrol,lotacceptance,orforacombinationthereof.Therateofinflationinthismethoddoesnotattempttomimicthatofanactualcushiondeployment,norisitintendedtosubjectthecushiontothedynamicloads,stress,andtemperaturesduringsuchanevent.Itisalsorecognizedthatthecompressedairusedforthistestsmaynotleakthroughthecushionatthesamerateasthegasormixtureofgassestypicallyusedincushioninflators.Ratherthismethodisintendedtogivearelativeindicationofthepressureholdingabilityofthecushion.Theinternalvolumeandinternaldesignofcushionsvariesgreatly.Thistestmethodismostusefulwhencomparingdatafromcushionsofthesamedesignandvolume.Thistestmethoddoesnotprovideanydataconcerningthevolumeofgasleakingfromthebag.Atcertainhigherlevelsoftheinitialinternalpressure,thistestmethodwillirreversiblydamagethecushionandchangeitsleakagepropertiesforfuturetestingorforcommercialuse.Thedamagetothebagisdependentonthedesignorshapeofaspecificbagandthetypeofcoatingapplied.Itistheresponsibilityofthesupplierand/orpurchasertodetermineiftheparametersunderwhichacushionistestedwillbedestructiveandrenderthecushionunfitforfutureuseWithinthelimitsofvarianceexpressedinSection12,thistestmethodisusefulfordesignandproductionvalidationandmaybesuitableforincorporationinacushionspecificationorforlotacceptancetestingofcommercialshipments.1.1Thisspecificationcoversseamlessandstraight-seamweldedferritic/austeniticsteelpipeintendedforgeneralcorrosiveservice,withparticularemphasisonresistancetostresscorrosioncracking.Thesesteelsaresusceptibletoembrittlementifusedforprolongedperiodsatelevatedtemperatures.1.2Optionalsupplementaryrequirementsareprovidedforpipewhenagreaterdegreeoftestingisdesired.Thesesupplementaryrequirementscallforadditionalteststobemadeand,whendesired,oneormoreofthesemaybespecifiedintheorder.1.3AppendixX1ofthisspecificationliststhedimensionsofweldedandseamlessstainlesssteelpipeasshowninANSIB36.19.Pipehavingotherdimensionsmaybefurnishedprovidedsuchpipecomplieswithallotherrequirementsofthisspecification.1.4ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.Theinch-poundunitsshallapplyunlesstheMdesignationofthisspecificationisspecifiedintheorder.Note18212;ThedimensionlessdesignatorNPS(nominalpipesize)hasbeensubstitutedinthisstandardforsuchtraditionaltermsasnominaldiameter,size,andnominalsize.
