【摘要】:Theserequirementscoveroil-firedcentralfurnaceswhichincludeforced-airfurnacesofthedownflow,horizontal,andupflowtypes.Floor-mountedunitheatersdesignedtosupplyheatedairthroughductsarecoveredalsobytheserequirements.TheserequirementscoverfurnacesintendedtoburnstandardgradefueloilsasspecifiedintheSpecificationsforFuelOils,ASTMD396.Requirementsfortheinstallationanduseofoil-burningequipmentareincludedintheStandardforInstallationofOil-BurningEquipment,NFPA31,andincodessuchastheBOCANationalMechanicalCode,theSBCCStandardMechanicalCode,andtheIAPMOUniformMechanicalCode.Theapplicablerequirementsaretobeutilizedinconjunctionwiththisstandard.
