【摘要】:ThistechnicalspecificationgivesaguidelineonhowtoexchangeinformationfromaCDCbaseddatamodel(forexampleIEC61850)usingIEC60870-5-101orIEC60870-5-104betweensubstation(s)andcontrolcenter(s).Mostlyguidelinesforfunctionsneededinasubstationgatewaydevicearegiven.Thegoalofthistechnicalspecificationistodescribestandardizedmappingofdevice-orienteddatamodels(forexampleIEC61850)withalreadydefinedattributesofCDC'sandservices(forexampleIEC61850-7)ontothealreadydefinedASDU'sandservicesofIEC60870-5-104orIEC60870-5-101.Itisnotthegoalofthistechnicalspecificationtoaddanyextensionstopublishedstandards(forexampleIEC61850orIEC60870-5-104orIEC60870-5-101).Afteranintroductiongivingabasicdescriptionofthemapping,themappingoftheinformationmodelwithassociateddataclasses,andthemappingofservicesaredescribed.Clause9showshowthemappeddataandservicesaccordingtotheIEC60870-5-104andIEC60870-5-101protocolaremarked(selected)intheinteroperabilitysheet.Thescopeofthistechnicalspecificationistoachievereal-timeexchangeofprocessinformationrequiredforoperationalpurposesbetweenasubstationusingaCDC-baseddatamodel(forexampleIEC61850)and(a)controlcentre(s)usingacommunicationlinkoverawideareanetwork(WAN)complianttothedefinitionsofIEC60870-5-101orIEC60870-5-104.Theamountofreal-timeinformationprovidedbythesubstation-gatewaydevicecanvarydependentontheoperationalneeds.Actorscouldberegionalandnationwidecontrolcentersthatreceivereal-timeinformationinordertomonitorandcontrolgeographicallywidespreadprocesses.Thedescribedmappingcanbeusedforseveralfieldsofapplicationofpowerutilities,suchassubstations,hydroandwindpowerplants,anddecentralizedenergyresourcesDER.ThemappingisbasedonthedefinitionsofthestandardseriesIEC61850Edition1.0andIEC60870-5-104:2006/IEC60870-5-101:2003.ThescopeofthemappedIEC60870-5-104andIEC60870-5-101subsetisgiveninClause9.Thistechnicalspecificationfocusesmainlyondefiningrulesandfunctionsofagatewaydeviceasapartofthesubstation.However,therulesandfunctionsarealsovalidwhenanIEDmayoptionallybeconnecteddirectlytoaWANcompliantwithIEC60870-5-101orIEC60870-5-104andtherefore,themappinghastobedoneinsidetheIED.
