【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribestheproductsafetyrequirementsformeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmenthavingarateda.c.voltageupto1000Vwitharatedfrequencyupto65Hz,oraratedd.c.voltageupto1500V.Abovetheselimits,IEC60664-1shouldbeusedforthedeterminationofclearance,creepagedistanceandwithstandtestvoltage.Thisstandarddetailsessentialsafetyrequirementstominimizetheriskoffireandhazardscausedbyelectricshockorinjurytotheuser.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthesafetyrequirementsofinstallations.Itdoescoverallthewaysinwhichtheequipmentmaybemountedandusedincubicles,racksandpanels,andalsore-testing.Thisstandardalsoappliestoauxiliarydevicessuchasshunts,seriesresistors,transformers,etc.,solelyusedandtestedtogetherwithmeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipment.Ancillaryequipmentusedinconjunctionwithmeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentmayneedtocomplywithadditionalsafetyrequirements.Thisstandardisintendedtodescribeonlyproductsafetyrequirements;therefore,functionalperformanceoftheequipmentisnotcovered.Functionalsafetyrequirements,includingEMCfunctionalsafety,arenotcoveredbythisstandard.Functionalsafetyriskanalysisisnotwithinthescopeofthisproductsafetystandard.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifyindividualequipmentsorimplementationsofcircuitsandcomponents.Theobjectofthisstandardistohaveacomprehensivestandardthatcoversallaspectsofproductsafetyandtherelatedtypeandroutinetests,formeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipment.
