【摘要】:1.1GeneralThisInternationalStandardspecifiesfourmethodsforthedeterminationofthehardnessofvulcanizedorthermoplasticrubbersonflatsurfaces(standard-hardnessmethods)andfourmethodsforthedeterminationoftheapparenthardnessofcurvedsurfaces(apparent-hardnessmethods).Thehardnessisexpressedininternationalrubberhardnessdegrees(IRHD).Themethodscoverthehardnessrangefrom10IRHDto100IRHD.Themethodsdifferprimarilyinthediameteroftheindentingballandthemagnitudeoftheindentingforce,thesebeingchosentosuittheparticularapplication.TherangeofapplicabilityofeachmethodisindicatedinFigure1.ThedeterminationofhardnessbyapockethardnessmeterisdescribedinISO7619-2.1.2Standard-hardnessmethodsMethodN:Normaltest--Thismethodisappropriateforrubberswithahardnessintherange35IRHDto85IRHD,butmayalsobeusedforhardnessesintherange30IRHDto95IRHD.MethodH:High-hardnesstest--Thismethodisappropriateforrubberswithahardnessintherange85IRHDto100IRHD.MethodL:Low-hardnesstest--Thismethodisappropriateforrubberswithahardnessintherange10IRHDto35IRHD.MethodM:Microtest--Thismethodisessentiallyascaled-downversionofthenormaltestmethodN,permittingthetestingofthinnerandsmallertestpieces.Itisappropriateforrubberswithahardnessintherange35IRHDto85IRHD,butmayalsobeusedforhardnessesintherange30IRHDto95IRHDNOTE1ThevalueofthehardnessobtainedbymethodNwithintherangesfrom85IRHDto95IRHDandfrom30IRHDto35IRHDmaynotagreepreciselywiththatobtainedusingmethodHormethodL,respectively.Thedifferenceisnotnormallysignificantfortechnicalpurposes.NOTE2Becauseofvarioussurfaceeffectsintherubberandthepossibilityofslightsurfaceroughness(produced,forexample,bybuffing),themicrotestmaynotalwaysgiveresultsagreeingwiththoseobtainedbythenormaltest.1.3Apparent-hardnessmethodsAlsospecifiedarefourmethods.CNCH.CLandCM,forthedeterminationoftheapparenthardnessofcurvedsurfaces.ThesemethodsaremodificationsofmethodsN,H,LandM.respectively,forcaseswheretherubbersurfacetestediscurved.Twocasesexist,dependingwhethera)thetestpieceorproducttestedislargeenoughforthehardnessinstrumenttorestuponit;b)itissmallenoughforboththetestpieceandtheinstrumenttorestuponacommonsupport.Avariantofb)wouldbewherethetestpiecerestsonthespecimentableoftheinstrumentApparenthardnesscanalsobemeasuredannon-standardflattestpiecesusJngmethodsN,H,LandM.Theproceduresdescribedcannotprovideforallpossibleshapesanddimensionsoftestpiece,butcoversomeofthecommonesttypes,suchasO-ringsDeterminationoftheapparenthardnessofrubber-coveredrollersisdealtwithseparatelyinthevariouspartsofISO7267
